JULY 27
Take a journey around the globe with incredible live Animal Ambassadors! We will explore their diverse habitats and discuss some of the conservation issues and challenges they face. Animal Ambassadors will include animals such as a Eurasian Eagle Owl or an Indian Peahen, an African Crested Porcupine or an African Hedgehog, an Australian Green Tree Python, an African Sulcata Tortoise, an African Bullfrog and an Australian Mangrove Monitor lizard. For the softer side of nature, we’ll learn about a family of South American Chinchillas. Animal Embassy enables people of all ages to connect with the natural world with this unforgettable, interactive live animal presentation! Founded in 2002 by naturalist Chris Evers, Animal Embassy is dedicated to exotic animal rescue & adoption and environmental education. Animal Embassy has rescued or adopted more than 500 exotic animals over the years and currently maintains over 100 non-releasable animals in educational exhibits, including small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds, arachnids and insects.
