WHERE: Around the Track opposite the Mews Entrance on Bolling Place.  WHEN: At least once a month in the morning! Want to start your day right after breakfast? Want to feel you’re “on top of the world”?  Want to feel great both physically and mentally? Then join your Director for a walk around the track. Go as far as you would like: from 5 feet to ____miles?  Come in a wheel chair!  Come on foot! We will have staff assisting and   water bottles
